    • EXPERIENCE

    • Professional summary

I graduated from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University with a master degree in management. I have multiple esports experience in China, including event organizing, esports news writing, and esports branding.

I dedicated a big part of my life into the esports industry. I founded and operated two esports startups, and I was one of the keynote speakers of 2016 TEDxYouth@HFI.

My final objective is to figure the ultimate solution for the esports industry and its surrounding markets.

      Experience

      ONWEAR

      Founder, COO

      2017 - present (Startup)

I founded and operated ONWEAR昂恩, an esports-focused apparel brand in 2017. We provide one-stop esports jerseys design and production for some of China's biggest esports organizations throughout these years. The company, led by me, reached around 40% market share within the esports apparel industry and started to generate profit only one year after its establishment. In 2020, the company expanded into the online retail market and built the first and the only esports apparel online shop in China, producing and selling apparel merchandises for nearly 20 industry-renowned esports organizations.

ONWEAR昂恩 is featured in multiple interviews and is currently the most industry-renowned esports apparel brand in China. ONWEAR昂恩 has over 100 clients who are present in several top-tier esports leagues in China and East Asia. ONWEAR昂恩 also owns crossover lifestyle apparel brands created with well-known esports organizations.
